Sydney Laser Tag Hire brings the excitement of outdoor and indoor laser tag to backyards, parks and events across Greater Sydney. We deliver and run action-packed laser tag parties for birthdays, school events and corporate team days — giving our customers a stress-free, unforgettable experience every time.


About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, reliable and highly organised people to join our weekend crew.

You’ll be the face of Sydney Laser Tag Hire — delivering equipment, setting up the battlefield, and leading fun, safe and engaging laser tag games for groups of excited kids (and occasionally adults).


What You’ll Do
- Deliver and set up laser tag equipment at customer locations
- Run laser tag games and keep events running smoothly and on time
- Give clear safety briefings and instructions in a confident, friendly way
- Pack down and return equipment to our Olympic Park base
- Communicate clearly with customers and arrive on time, every time
- Keep equipment clean, charged and ready for the next event


About You
- You’re punctual, responsible and extremely well-organised
- You can confidently lead and manage groups of energetic kids
- You have a friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills
- You have your own car and a valid driver’s licence (the laser tag equipment is only a few carry-on suitcases)
- You hold (or are willing to obtain) a NSW Working With Children Check
- You’re available most weekends (Saturday, Sunday or both)


Pay & Perks
- $35 per hour (Saturdays)
- $45 per hour (Sundays)
- Travel reimbursed at $0.88 per km (ATO rate)
- Plus superannuation
- All training and equipment provided
